New England Chapter of the HPS

          The New England Chapter of the Health Physics Society (NECHPS) 
          first meeting of the 1999-2000 year on September 28th.  The 
          meeting will be held jointly with the Connecticut Chapter and 
          feature the HPS President-Elect Paul Rohwer.
          
          The meeting will be at the Publick House in Sturbridge 
          Massachusetts and will begin at 5:30 p.m. (social hour) followed 
          by a delicious menu offered by the Publick House of either roasted 
          turkey or broiled scrod.
          
          Paul will offer his insights on the Roles & Goals of the HPS.
