Bob,

The one ingredient that everyone must be cognizant on is that it must 
be "solid" .. You are correct when you imply that what works for one 
facility may not work for another facility. Do what you believe best 
for your facility, and be ready to defend what you do when something 
goes wrong. You do this when you assess and define what risk you're 
willing to accept, and how much risk you're willing to put your 
facility at.
