Given the inaccuracy of the DA's published statements and the fact that
they were PUBLISHED, has this DA given the defendent a basis for a change
of venue (claiming the DA has misled the jury pool)? If so, what are the
chances they'll be willing to go to the effort and expense of an
out-of-town trial for a case like this?
