Subject: Eu-154 half life

I was looking for the half-life of Eu-154. I referred to the following two
documents and noticed two different values.

Radioactive decay data tables (Kocher) published 1981 reports the half life
as 8.8 years

Radiological Health hand book, published 1970 reports the half-life as 16
years.

I am on the road and do not have an access to any other documents to double
verify either of these values.

I would appreciate any help.
