Standard TLD materials, such as LiF, LiBO, CaF and CaSO will begin
the annealing process between 100 and 150 degrees Celsius. Complete
readout of the glow peaks occurs at about 300 degrees Celsius, most
often. Depending on what you're trying to measure (radiation type),
how you calibrate and whether or not the low energy traps are an
integral part of the measurement, the TLD "may" be viable. I expect
that the TLD is not the optimum dosemeter for your use. Film is
entirely out of the question due to heat sensitivity.
