Union Carbide Cs:Ba Mini-Generator

Does anyone have any information regarding these?  I have a researcher who
would like to purchase a new one, but I'm unable to find useful
information.  The existing package indicates that the Cs-137 is about 0.9
uCi and the facility was in Tuxedo, NY.
