Rhabdomyosarcoma

According to <http://www.stjude.org/Medical/rhabdomyosar.htm>:

"Rhabdomyosarcoma is the most common soft tissue tumor in children. The
disease can occur throughout childhood and has been reported at birth. It
is the fifth most common form of pediatric cancer, accounting for 5 to 8
percent of childhood cancer cases."

Is five to eight percent childhood cancer "extremely rare" as RHIP and STAR
describe it?
