Pu Fission Chamber / Plutonium Electroplating

I have need of plutonium electroplating services.  We have contracted with a
commercial firm to produce a flat plate fission chamber using Pu-239.  Part
of the construction process is to deposite 65 mg of Pu-239 to a depth of 0.5
microns over a 70 cm^2 area.

Does anyone know of a lab (probably governmental) that could provide this
service?
