Mexican Regulatory Requirments - Personnel Dose Monitoring

I would appreciate finding out the following information regarding 
Mexican regulatory requirements for personnel dose monitoring:

(1) What regulations and/or Mexican standards address personnel 
monitoring for radioactive materials and x-ray generating facilities?

(2) Does Mexico accept ANSI standards as a basis of regulatory 
requirements?

(3)  Does Mexico require processor accreditation? If affirmative, is 
there reciprocal acceptance of NVLAP, HSE, AECB or other accrediting 
organization?

(4)  Does Mexico permit TLD as an official dose of record for 
occupational workers in the medical and industrial field? I know that 
the power plant does use Panasonic TLD for dose of record 
measurements.
