Dispersion

I have a current project of measuring downwind dose rates from Ar-41. The
first thing I realized is that a steady wind with a constant wind direction
is far from that. Data collected during a stable met. condition shows an
amazing amount of variability. Even with constant, stable conditions
plumes wander, resulting in order-of-magnitude changes in dose rates
despite constant source term conditions.
