Just found the following QiGong claims:

The change of the Raman spectroscopy of water molecules.
The change of the molecular structure of DNA and RNA.
The change of the surface structure of cancer cells.
The reduction of the radiation half-life of isotope Am (241) dramatically -- 
a previously impossible task by any known physical means.

Can anyone give me references to this "research" so that I can read more 
about the details (like the "surface structure of cancer cells")?
Which ones are the funding institutions and where can I read about it? (some 
previously newspaper ref. links were dead when I tried them).
