Gamma Spec Training Requirements

To All,

Does anyone have any references (websites, manuals, etc.) to regulatory or 'standard industry' guidance that provides operator training and experience guideline requirements for the operation of a gamma spectroscopy system?  The training scope should include the requirement that the individual operating the system review and evaluate the gamma spectrum output to determine and validate the radionuclide identification and quantification.

Please respond to me directly unless you feel that others in Radsafe would benefit from this information.
