Dear all,
At a recent scientific forum, I became aware that the 1990 ICRP60
recommendations on dose limits, ie. an annual dose equivalent limit of
1mSv for the public and 20mSv for workers, have not been accepted in
many parts of the world, which perhaps is not surprising. When I
questioned some colleagues, we were not able to come up with a definite
list of countries that have promulgated this recommendation into their
national regulations. The question then posed is, who out there adheres
to ICRP60?
