I have heard great things concerning the Turner book.  I will definitely 
pick that up.  I would like a copy of the errata sheet.  Thanks for the

I have received a surprising number of request for the errata set We give
our Master of Health Students, both live and internet.  We plan to supply
copies of the errata set, as well as a brochure describing our program, by
mail.  If you wish to receive the set, please include your mailing address
in the request.  If you would like information about our Master of Health
