Re: History of NRC

Presuming you mean the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and not the National
Research Council, the standard history is the two volume set by Hewlett and
Anderson which deals with the formation and early years of the Atomic Energy
Commission. The NRC is a little too new to have such a detailed and formal
history, but they do each year publish an annual report which would allow
their activities to be traced.
