Down with SPAM!!!!

Greetings All
I seem to be getting a lot of SPAM lately and I believe it to be coming from
this list.
I'm wondering if anyone out there is having the same problem.
Does anyone have any suggestions, other than quitting the list, to help me
keep SPAM out of my mailbox?
