THE LOCATION AND VENUE Trivandrum is a beach city and the capital of Kerala,
the southern most state of India. The weather in Trivandrum is fairly
pleasant in February with daytime temperatures around 28 Celsius and
humidity of 60%. Light clothing is preferred.
The conference will be held in the auditorium of the Science and Technology
