Kr-85 Tracer-flo routine maintenance

Hi all, 

I'm in need of information regarding routine maintenance for tracer-flos.
Trio-tech stopped doing service visits, the guy who did them for Trio-tech
said he was going into business for himself and promptly disappeared off
the face of the earth (never returned a phone call in almost 6 months).
Does anyone out there have anyone else that does routine PM on these
machines?  We need a maintenance contract pronto.
