Re: Missouri Coalition for the Environment

Contrary to Mr. Vollmer's opinion of the Coalition after attending a single
open house, the Coalition has a wide-ranging (not mainly nuclear)
environmental agenda. Though the open house may have had low attendance, it
is one of the most energetic and influential environmental organizations in
Missouri.

Suggest the Coalition's website (http://www.moenviron.org/) for more
information.

The Coalition is not very strong - It was an open house with free alcohol
and food with only ten people attending.

The main part of their agenda is anti-nuclear

They are almost discarding the cancer angle and going for damage to the
immune system as the primary reason to be anti nuclear.

They only gave me Gofman's views as credible and did not push Caldicutt,
 Stewart or any one else.
