[ RadSafe ] Weed out long lived Activity

Does anyone have the equation (and reference) to determine the long lived
activity when a sample has radon progeny in it.

As I recall you take two counts and given the time between you can estimate
the long lived activity.  Seems as though you could do this in 30 minutes
