The people at EPA have done a fine job with the Yucca  Mountain
standards. They are  still employed  at EPA, aren't  they?


I love what the EPA did with the Yucca Mountain standards.  Finally, a  
recognition that yes, background radiation IS relevant when assessing overall  risk.
