[ RadSafe ] Status Draft N13.53

There was reference to Draft Standard N13.53 TENORM recently stating 
that it was due to be published soon. I do not recall who made the 
comment.

The N13 Ballot on draft standard N13.53, "Control and Release of 
TENORM", officially closed with 4 negative ballots.  Two of the 
negative ballots were subsequently changed to affirmative after 
discussion with the Writing Group.  However, two negative ballots 
with comments still remain. N13 Procedures require an unresolved 
negative ballot to be submitted to N13 members so that each may 
reaffirm or reconsider their original vote in light of the unresolved 
negatives.
