Does anyone know if the post-2003 specific activity thresholds are in line
with or itdentical to the IAEA document BSS-115 (BSS = Basic Safety Series)?

70 Bq/g was the old DOT limit for treating an item as non-radioactive. It
has been replaced by isotope-specific limits, so some of the things that
ebay might allow would now have to be shipped as limited quantities.
Somebody should tell them.
