[ RadSafe ] Report: China plans to build 10 new nuclear power plants

Sandy, in addition to the Chinese plans for 10 new NPP's you reported, 
it should be noted that Pakistan announced plans earlier this week for 
13 new nuclear power plants. I don't recall the details, but LNT or not, 
at least some parts of the world are moving ahead with nuclear power plants.
