The LNT hypothesis has only the RERF analysis to support it, and that 
depends on a unprovable guess about what is really happening at very low 
doses. Most protracted exposure studies show a threshold, no significant 
effect, or some benefit at low doses. The BEIR VII committee seems to have 
been working with tunnel vision.
