You need to purchase the CD68/2-1355 of ICRPDOSE2, the ICRP database 
version 2.01, from Elsevier Science. It is a copyrighted compilation of all 
of the ICRP dosimetry data and dose conversion factors. It not only gives 
the values in ICRP 68 and 72, but includes biokinetics data and allows you 
to get otherwise unavailable conversion factors such as for inhaled 
aerosols of different size distributions.
