All ceramic tiles contain low-level radioactivity, usually uranium and its
decay products. Earlier, a shipment of tiles from Italy was stalled at sea
when it was found to contain radioactivity. Don't forget bananas in very
large bunches are 'radioactive'. They are a good source of Potassium and
consequently Potassium-40
