I spoke at CARE as much as I was permitted. 
The green panel ignored it and proceeded with its fearmongering agenda.
Physicists present had been there before. They did not speak then.
 
DDP is Doctors for Disaster Preparedness. Its Directors overlap the 
Association of American Physicians and Surgeons 
(promotes private health care, consumer controlled,  like HSAs) 
and  the American Civil Defense Association.
