I applaud your effort to start a discussion about hormetic 
threshold levels.

There must be a distinction between external sources, for which 
I agree with that proposal completely, and sources inside the 
body, which must depend on the element(s), their oxidation 
state, solubility, and whether or not they are accumulating -- 
in short, any internal source threshold must depend on the 
chemical toxicological details; not just the radiological dose.

Do you agree with that?
