Hi Bjorn,
We do have remote reading water meters here, so that the reader just
drives by to collect one's water usage data. I had not even thought
before about it, but am now considering what ailments might be blamed on
that little radio transmitter buried in my front yard -- perhaps
emphysema ....? Gee, this might be even better than the lottery and no
DU is needed! <g>
