[ RadSafe ] Simi Valley Rx accident

I almost hate to ask this, but I've been asked about it by one of my 
Daughter's teachers, and I'd like to get better info than what I could get 
via google since I didn't see anything I feel I can really trust (!).

It's billed as a bigger issue than TMI or Chernobyl, can someone either 
summarize for me, or direct me to a site with factual information?
