To clear up some obvious confusion, each of the 3 Mirion Companies, 
GDS, IST and SynOdys (MGP, Rados, HB) continue to operate as before, 
with no changes to those operations. This is a financial merger that 
also allows for bundling of products and coordination of services. 
This does not mean that current clients of any company, such as MGP, 
deal through Mirion. All communications, requests, purchases continue 
as prior to the merger. The client will not see any change in 
service, just more opportunities to expand through partnerships.
