Global Dosimetry Solutions, Inc. Appoints Donald Naab as President

San Francisco, Calif., August 28, 2006 - Global Dosimetry Solutions, 
Inc. (GDS), a division of Mirion Technologies, today announced Donald 
Naab has been appointed President. Effective today, Mr. Naab fills 
the position held by Thomas Logan who was named Chairman and CEO of 
Mirion Technologies in January 2006.  GDS provides dosimetry, 
consulting and system integration services for the nuclear and 
medical industries.

Most recently, Mr. Naab served as CEO of Sanders Industries. He is a 
seasoned leader with over 20 years experience in technology based 
companies ranging from the medical and defense markets to energy 
management.  Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical 
Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters of 
Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.  He 
is an active member of several associations including IEEE, ACG, and 
Vistage and is on the Board of OCEN.
