[ RadSafe ] UV Meter

Does anybody know of a reasonably inexpensive meter that can be used
for periodic testing ultraviolet lamps, particularly those which emit
in the bactericidal region (250 - 270 nm)? Or perhaps there is
another simple/cheap way of testing the lamps? I tried fluorescent
particles -- that was a wash.

Thanks!
