On February 14, 2006 I presented a seminar at the National Institute of
Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) in Bethesda, Maryland USA
entitled "The LNT Hypothesis vs. Radiation Hormesis:  Implications for
Managing Radiological Terrorism Events."  I have prepared a pdf version
