[ RadSafe ] Static Eliminator Bars

Is anyone familiar with how static eliminator bars might have been used
in the past in a silver recovery unit (PAKO processors?)?  There is
reference to Ru-4, Ru-7, ARu-11 and ARu-21, but it is unclear what these
designations mean.  Mostly interested in knowing what nuclide(s) might
be involved.  Thanks in advance for your help.
