I understood that EPA 400 was being either revised, re written or replaced
and that it was to be out by years end. Is there a new and better EPA 400
and how can I get a copy of it.

Improvised Nuclear Device (IND) Incidents''

Is this the "new and better EPA 400? Is is it a supplement or interpretive
guide to EPA 400? None of the Above?
