Hard to believe they paid $1,000,000 for a study like that
($3,571/page).  Makes you want to sound like Homer Simpson and say "well
Duh!"

nuclear reactors, but replacing their output would be difficult and
expensive, 

 

Congress provided $1 million for the study.
