[ RadSafe ] NYT Article: N.Y. Grid Could Stand to Lose Reactors, Panel Says

Gee, wasn't NY the state that closed down a fully functional nuclear reactor on Long Island ?  And then installed gas turbine generators?
   
  And when did Maryland deregulate.  They said they deregulated and then did not allow  the electric company to not raise prices.  That is not what I would call deregulating.
