we simply don't have an issue here in Texas as if they are on your property  
you already have that right!
 
!) as cited before 10 CFR already has a provision for this and 2) given the  
potential threat to National Security I bet we could cite other reasons why 
they  could already any way and 3) as was also stated is this not obvious?
