Position:  Radiation Protection ARW/Decon Supervisor

Responsible for the daily scheduling, monitoring, and coaching of Exelon and vendor employees to ensure that contamination control, decontamination and housekeeping issues are addressed in compliance with company policies, departmental procedures and contractual agreements with vendor personnel.

Responsible for daily management of the contamination control, decontamination and housekeeping program to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and that the nuclear worker's exposure is being maintained ALARA.

Ensure effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, etc. to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees.

Assist in the development of budgets, business plans and projects.

Responsible for developing and implementing contamination control, decontamination, and housekeeping plans to effect a reduction of personnel contamination events to achieve industry first quartile performance

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
HS Degree
Min 5 yrs exp in radiation protection at a nuclear plant facility
Demonstrated written and communication skills
Possess technical knowledge of RP, Housekeeping, Decontamination, Maintenance and Operations process and BOP systems
Must have demonstrated ability to work closely with all levels of plant and company personnel
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
