Text of the notification to employees at the plant:

Notification of possible cyber intrusion on U.S. energy or infrastructure 
networks
We have received information regarding a potential intrusion attempt that 
is likely to occur in the form of an email message crafted to entice the 
intended victims into opening a malicious file.  Protective measures are 
in place to block receipt of this message, however you should still be 
vigilant.
The email message will contain either a link to a file named 
"Nuclear_Power_Plants_Plan.zip", or an attachment of the file itself.
