[ RadSafe ] RADSAFE as of today officially closed

British tradition is that if you wait until after 12 noon on April 1st then the 
'joke' does not apply and you can claim not to have been legitimately fooled. 
Not sure what the origins of this are. Even so I was taken in by this message 
- with only a slight concern about its legitimacy. Some others were too.  This 
indicates that people like me - who are wary of being fooled (I waited till after 
12 today before replying to family phone calls) find the suggestion of closing 
radsafe plausible.
