The problem with using lead is that it would take an awful lot of it to stop
a tank, because its a soft metal, that doesn't penetrate armor: About a ten
ton "bullet" dropped from a high altitude bomber should do it, instead of a
few DU bullets from an A-10.

But I don't think this anti-DU thing really has anything to do with health
effects -- Its all about keeping tyrants like Slobodan Milosevich, Sadam
Hussein, the Taliban, etc., in power.
