This is an Op-Ed article by Peter D. Zimmerman, James M. Acton,
and M. Brooke Rogers. At the end of the article they are described
thusly: Peter D. Zimmerman is a professor of science and security, James
M. Acton is a lecturer and M. Brooke Rogers is a researcher at King's
College London.

Do any RADSAFErs know anything else about any of the authors?
