[ RadSafe ] Digrams for Release Surveys

Is anyone aware of a library of simple diagrams for doing release surveys.  Specifically, I am looking for simple sketches of a crane, a combination backhoe, and a medium sized excavator on which to mark survey values, smear locations, etc to document a free release survey.
