Look, if Brenner's hypothesis is correct, the entire human race should immediately commit suicide, as we will get this amount of LETHAL radiation from natural background in a few hours or days. LNT is a plausible way to set prudent dose limits for workers, etc., but this hand wringing and public fear mongering over doses lower than natural background is clearly and irrefutably bad science.
