I took the opportunity last week to attend a conference that included a
presentation by Thor Halvorssen of the Motion Picture Institute
(http://www.thempi.org/). The presentation included a screening of the
movie "Mine Your Own Business," described as follows:

"Mine Your Own Business is the first documentary that asks the hard
questions of those who lead campaigns to 'save' remote areas from
development. The film is a journey through the dark side of
environmentalism and exposes the unintended consequences of blindly
supporting environmentalist anti-development campaigns across the
globe." 

I highly recommend it (it can be obtained at no or low cost from MPI).
I've also asked for a copy of their movie "Indoctrinate U," for which
I've seen the trailer, and described as:

"Indoctrinate U exposes how universities systematically deny individual
rights within higher education. Director Evan Coyne Maloney's film
explores the phenomenon of speech codes and the assaults on academic
freedom that are pervasive on the American campus. Early versions of the
film won prizes and international critical acclaim. Maloney has been
called "a Michael Moore, only with integrity." And the film has been
dubbed "a call to action" that will "shock the conscience of Americans
in the best sense, through exposure to truth and logic."
