AW: [ RadSafe ] Increase in cancer in Sweden can be traced to Chernobyl

Following Franz' guidance I found the attached document. (I hope I did 
not infringe any copyright.)
The statement seems to be from Dec. 2004; is it still applicable to the 
newer versions (paper III and IV as called by Tondel) ?
