[ RadSafe ] CD with the Health Physics Journal

Dear Radsafers,

Where do I find the CD with 50 years of the Health Physics journal and how 
much does it cost?
I am quite sure that it was one of the Radsafers who had produced this CD 
but I was too quick in browsing so I missed who made this important 
compilation.

Guess many of you can help me with the answer.
